As 40 mph gusts wail against the window pane and the remnants of winter blow past, the swirling cyclone of chaos inside the brewery is beginning to take shape. After a queen’s ransom of biscuits and wood glue, the near 100 year old bar top is now in place. Removed from a prior life spent hoisted about a New Jersey warehouse, these rafters are now repurposed for a life of beer swilling good cheer and naturally to serve as the backbone to our tasting room.
