  • Spring for a Feast – 5/21 Beer Pairing Dinner at The Basin Pub

    Mark your calendars for Monday May 21st @ 7pm. We’re putting on a 4 course dinner with the fellas over at The Basin Pub. Feast your eyes upon the menu below:

    Salad: Hearts of romaine with artichoke and palm hearts, all drizzled with a creamy house-made Roquefort dressing
    Beer: Golden Ale

    Soup: Lemongrass with a delicious duo of curried shrimp wonton
    Beer: Union 56

    Entree: Korean BBQ beef sirloin simmered in a signature BBQ sauce that’s been infused with our Irish Red
    Beer: Cullinan’s Revival

    Dessert: Caramel flan covered in a caramel sauce made with our Dark Mild and a buttery blend of sugary sweets
    Beer: Dark Mild
