Per the Campaign for Real Ales, they regard “Real Ale” as an ale  having a “natural taste full of flavour with a light natural carbonation (i.e fizziness) produced by the secondary fermentation that has occurred in the cask.” Simply put cask ale is alive and well and so should you! So as long as you bring your longing lips and parched palates down to the Rochester Real Beer Expo next Saturday 6/25 6-10pm.

Come find our office clerk sized table where we’ll have a firkin of our Golden Pale Ale dry-hopped with Amarillo & Sorachi Ace hops. The already juicy fruit taste of the beer will be supported with a cast of oranges and spicy lemons. We encourage you to grab your seersucker, thirst and tickets in advance ( www.rochesterrealbeer.com ) as the event is fast approaching and to ensure your spot at what truly will be the talk of the town!
