We’re introducing The Big DIPA, Lil’ SIPA and Down Unda IPA – and we’re really excited about all three.  The double IPA is big on IBUs (over a 100), big on flavor and tips the scales at over 9% ABV! Not to worry, we balanced out the act with a Session IPA that proves how a whole ton of hops can absolutely create a gorgeous blend of resin and orange. Last but not least, we have the beer inspired by the great nation of New Zealand (and an episode of Flight of the Concords). The Down Unda IPA is brewed using all southern hemisphere hops and all of their tropical fruit bliss shows. Not a huge hop-head? We’ll have sumpin’ a bit less hoppy on cask for you too.
